Chart - Categories and Trademarks

In order to better manage your inventory in ERPAG, you can assign categories and tradmarks.

Trademarks are meant to be used for the product brand.

To create different categories and trademarks in ERPAG, go to:

Inventory > Product categories, trademarks

This will open a window where you will have a list of the existing categories and treademarks, and you can use the 'add new' options to create new ones and add them to the list.

Once you start creating a new category/trademark, you will be able to define the key and description, and type in the additional information in the note section if necessary.

Save the categories/trademarks you've created and they will appear on the list.

Now, to assign the category/trademark to a product, go to:

Inventory > Products and services

Choose the wanted product from the list and open it, and go to edit mode to enable changing. In the product category section, you have a 'product category' and 'trademark' field and you will be able to choose the wanted ones from the drop-down menu.

Once you've done that, you will be able to see these information on the product and services list and filter the list according to this information.

Also, you will be able to create a report based on the product categories and trademarks by going to:

Inventory > Stock by categories

This will open a window where you will be able to generate a customized report by choosing the time frame and the wanted category and trademark.

Once you are done, you can mail it, print it out, download it in PDF etc.
