# Import - Work Operations

If you have the list of your work operations in xls spreadsheet, you can easily import it to ERPAG and add it to your product that is based on Bill of Materials.

Inventory > products and services > import > work operations
```

If you don't have xls spreadsheet and you want to create one, you can download a blank template from the work order import window.

The populated xls spreadsheet should look like this:

From here, just copy entire column from your xls spreadsheet, along with the caption of the column.

And paste it to the matching column in ERPAG.

The completed import work operations list should look like your xls spreadsheet. Once you finished with copy/pasting all the columns, click on the 'save' button to import the work operations into the bill of materials of your product.

The work operations will be automatically added to your product.
