# Inventory/Stock list

The list of products and services gives you all the products grouped together, while the inventory/stock list report gives you the view of all products in all your warehouses.

```
Inventory > Inventory/Stock list
```

![](/files/-LLepibINP8on5VodO58)

The list will present you current quantities in all the warehouses you have entered.

![](/files/-LLer2v-FYFkhja1Guq-)

If you switch the view from 'Now' to 'Stocks on date', you will be able to move the date and time back in order to get a report on a specific date.

![](/files/-LLerhZotUg_semTkOpz)

If you switch the view to stock by warehouse, you will have quantities in all the warehouses side by side.

You can print the labels from this report, filter the lists to create custom reports, export to xls, download to PDF or email this report.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://learn.erpag.com/project/create-new-product-1/untitled-4/basic-definition/minimum-purchase-quantity/inventory-stock-list.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
