In the document header line, you can make some basic changes, like choosing a different description for the document, the price decimal number or the language on which the document will be printed out. Here you will also see that the system offers you six different templates for each of the documents. You can choose from the drop-down menu the template closest to what you have in mind and continue making the changes from there.

Once you choose the template, you can continue adjusting it by using the drag and drop technique. This will enable you to change the position of the paragraphs within the document template.

Using the gear setup button gives you the option to include/exclude different fields within the paragraphs and also change the size of the fields and their position in relation to one another.

Once you are done, just save the changes and the system will offer you the template you created in the drop-down menu of the document type each time you want to mail it, download it or print it out.
